I absolutely love motivating people to have a fun and enjoyable workout. Seeing clients achieving their goals and gaining fantastic results they have wanted all along is so rewarding. Just seeing the glow on the client's face is extraordinary! I love working one 2 one with people on a personal level and challenging them with exercises that will change their body for the better.

What inspired you to start your own business?

To be able to combine TRAIN ME- Personal Training, FEED ME- Nutrition and FIX ME- Massage Therapy together to be able to help clients achieve and sustain their goals.

We possess a combination of skills and experience that make us stand out from the crowd. Stacey specialises in Weight Management. For a lot of people it can be hard to maintain or loose weight. Stacey uses her experience working with many female clients, and also previously managing a ladies only gym. Chris' unique blend of skills and techniques has enabled him to deliver tailored massages to clients from all walks of life. This includes runners at the London marathon where he has volunteered for MacMillan Cancer Support on several occasions. We both also have breadth of experience treating people from non-sporting backgrounds. We have very happy clients which have received fantastic tangible results. You can rely on us to do the work and deliver exceptional results with a high level of customer service.
